भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 211 के मुताबिक, किसी राज्य के विधानमंडल में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय या उच्च न्यायालय के किसी न्यायाधीश के आचरण पर चर्चा नहीं की जा सकती. इसका मतलब है कि विधायिका, न्यायाधीशों के अपने कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन में किए गए आचरण पर चर्चा नहीं कर सकती.
