The #Mesolithic people were hunter-gatherers who used microliths (small stone tools). The general timeframe for Mesolithic culture is 10,000–4,000 BCE. However, evidence shows the presence of hunting-gathering communities using microliths even after 4000 BCE - for example, at Langhnaj (2550–2185 BCE). Hence, a better description of Mesolithic culture would be: post-Pleistocene (Holocene) hunting-gathering communities that used microliths.
