🔆 RBI Raises 'Priority Sector' Cap: Home Loans up to ₹50 Lakh

📍 Key Updates:
✅ RBI has revised priority sector lending norms, effective from April 1, to boost credit flow to key economic sectors.
✅ The new norms include higher home loan limits and increased property cost ceilings. In cities with a population of at least 50 lakh, home loans can now go up to ₹50 lakh.
✅ Women beneficiaries now have a loan limit of ₹2 lakh, and changes will help support agricultural loans and weaker sections.
✅ Renewable energy loans have seen an increase in borrowing limits, with the maximum loan amount rising to ₹35 crore.
✅ The revised framework is expected to inject liquidity into underserved sectors.
