We also host a range of activities for sisters, including Women’s Fitness & Cricket and Sisters’ Handball, alongside our Scouts and Budding Believers programmes for children and young people.

🎉✨ A Historic Milestone for 309th Explorers! ✨🎉
Alhamdulillah! We are beyond proud to announce the successful completion of our first ever Girl Explorers DofE Expedition and what a way to make history! 🌟
12 incredible, determined, and unstoppable young women took on the challenge and conquered it, from training to planning to execution, every single step was led and completed by females.
This wasn't just an expedition. It was a statement. A proof that our girls can do anything they set their minds to. Mountains, miles, and every challenge in between, they faced it all with strength and grace, Alhamdulillah.
To our 12 amazing participants, you have made history for 309th Explorers. We couldn't be more proud of each and every one of you.
To every girl who supported, trained, and believed, this achievement belongs to you too.

Alhamdulillah, we were grateful to welcome Colebourne Primary School to Green Lane Masjid & Community Centre for a school visit on 29 & 30 June.
It was a pleasure to host the children and staff, answer their questions, and help young learners gain a better understanding of Islam, the masjid, and the values that connect our communities.

⚽️ More Than a Football Tournament
Alhamdulillah, our U15 Charity Football Tournament brought together 11 teams and over 150 attendees for a fantastic day of football, teamwork and community spirit at Small Heath Leisure Centre.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the event raised £790 towards TaskforceGLM’s Prosthetic Limbs Project, helping provide life-changing support for children in Gaza.
Jazakumullahu khayran to all the teams, sponsors, volunteers and supporters who made the day a success. May Allah (SWT) accept it from you all.

Alhamdulillah, with your incredible support, we were able to distribute 356 sheep to families and communities across Malawi this Eid. This remarkable effort allowed hundreds of households to benefit from the blessings of Qurbani and celebrate Eid with greater dignity and happiness.
Every sheep sacrificed represented an act of worship, compassion, and solidarity with those in need. May Allah (SWT) accept your Qurbani, reward you for every family reached, and make your generosity a source of ongoing blessings. Ameen.
