Social media is now almost unavoidable, but young children may not yet have the ability to recognise what is beneficial and what is harmful.
The content they consume can gradually influence their faith, behaviour and character, sometimes without the effects becoming apparent until much later. At this stage of their lives, the risks can outweigh the benefits.
As parents, we must be intentional about protecting our children, setting clear boundaries and carefully considering when they are ready to access social media.
