This is a time for us to turn to Allah with humility, repentance and sincere duʿā, recognising our complete dependence upon Him and asking Him to bless us with beneficial rain and shower us with His mercy.
Our duʿā extends beyond ourselves, for our communities, farmers, crops, animals and the land affected by the prolonged dry conditions.
