🇺🇦🇷🇺 - Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigation has launched a probe into the 155th "Anne of Kyiv" Mechanized Brigade, focusing on allegations of desertion and abuse of authority. Reports indicate that approximately 1,700 personnel have left the brigade since its formation, with 50 soldiers reportedly going AWOL during training in France.

The 155th Brigade did not reportedly receive drones or electronic warfare equipment from the Ukrainian command. This, in addition to poor organization and insufficient training, is said to have contributed to the losses the unit suffered once deployed in combat in November.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 - On the outskirts of Chernihiv, an explosion occurred, local authorities report. Earlier, a Russian ballistic missile was seen flying there.

🇷🇺 As a result of the collision of two tankers in the Black Sea, 2.4 thousand tons of fuel oil were spilled, according to Russia's Ministry of Transport.

The agency emphasizes that "this is significantly less than the initial estimate provided based on the captains' reports." The statement notes that this spill is "the world's first accident involving 'heavy' M100-grade fuel oil." This type of fuel oil has a density "almost like water and is heavier." It solidifies at a temperature of +25℃ and, unlike other petroleum products, does not float to the surface.
