The electric drive is designed for 1/25 type high-speed rail turnouts, as the switches stretch for 118 metres which allow trains to branch onto a side track at speeds of up to 120 km/h while maintaining a smooth ride. It operates in conjunction with a hardware-software complex that enables both remote and fully automatic switching, with real-time monitoring of device status. The equipment meets Safety Integrity Level 4, the highest available, which effectively eliminates the risk of operational failure.ββββββββββββββββ

Eight pulsators simulate the interaction between high-speed wheels and rail across all track layers, putting the structure through 9 million load cycles, equivalent to 50 years of operation. Repairability is the key advantage of the system: a polymer layer at the base of the slab allows it to be separated from the rest of the assembly without damaging the surrounding concrete. After completing all load cycles, the structure was successfully separated, confirming field replaceability. The design is rated for half a century of service without major overhaul.
