AAU Graduate Admision Test ( GAT) Brochure

Information on the AAU Graduate Admission Test (GAT)
1) Applicants are required to take the AAU’s Graduate Admission Test (GAT) and meet the minimum passing requirements.
2) Information about the GAT can be obtained from the Institute for Educational Research's Telegram channel, Testing Center_IER_AAU, accessible through the link https://t.me/aauGAT
3) The application and test dates for the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) are September 05 to September 11, 2024. Priority will be given to those who register for the GAT as early as possible.
4) To register for the GAT, please follow the steps below:
a. Visit https://Portal.aau.edu.et [Open]
b. Click on the exam application
c. Fill out the Test Taker Registration form
d. Upload a passport-size photo of the test taker
e. Click submit
f. Copy the generated number
g. The GAT testing fee of 1000 birr should be paid using Tele Birr. Foreign applicants are required to pay the equivalent of USD 50 in Ethiopian Birr.
h. Once payment is made, please download and print your Admission Ticket, which is necessary for admission to the exam hall.
i. Stay updated with further announcements on the Telegram channel, Testing Center_IER_AAU (https://t.me/aauGAT)
5) The test will be conducted electronically, and general information about the exam can be found on the aforementioned Telegram channel.
6) Applicants should check the Telegram channel daily from the date of application for updates on the test venue, date, and time.
7) If a test taker fails to appear on the scheduled test date due to various reasons, they may be required to pay to sit for the subsequent test schedule.
8) Applicants who have obtained GAT results from the previous year must retake the test. Previous GAT results cannot be used for the current application.

ሀገር አቀፍ የድኅረ ምረቃ ፕሮግራሞች የመግቢያ ፈተና (NGAT) ለመውሰድ አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲን እንደ ፈተና ማዕከል መርጣችሁ ለነበራችሁ ተፈታኞች ፈተናው ለሌላ ጊዜ መተላለፉን ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ማሳወቁ ይታወሳል፡፡

"ዩኒቨርሲቲው በእድሳት ላይ በመሆኑ" የፈተና ማዕከል መቀየር አስፈላጊ ሆኖ መገኘቱን የገለፀው ሚኒስቴሩ፤ ፈተናው መስከረም 3 እና 4/2017 ዓ.ም በሚከተሉት ሰባት ተቋማት ውስጥ እንደሚሰጥ አሳውቋል፦

1. በኮተቤ የትምህርት ዩኒቨርሲቲ፣
2. በኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ሰርቪስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ፣
3. በአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ፣
4. በፌዴራል ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት፣
5. በኢትዮጵያ መከላከያ ዩኒቨርስቲ፣
6. በአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እና
7. በቅዱስ ጳውሎስ ሆስፒታል ሚሌኒየም ሜዲካል ኮሌጅ፡፡

የተሰጣችሁን የመፈተኛ ስም (Username) ተጠቅማችሁ በሚደርሳችሁ የመፈተኛ ማዕከል እና የፈተና ሰዓት (Exam Session) መሰረት ፈተናውን እንድትወስዱ ሚኒስቴሩ አሳስቧል፡፡

መስከረም 3/2017 ዓ.ም ጠዋት ከ2፡00-8፡00 ሰዓት ለሚሰጠው ፈተና የተፈታኞች ዝርዝር፣ የመፈተኛ ካምፓስ፣ የመፈተኛ ላብ እንዲሁም የኮምፒውተር ክፍል ከላይ ከተያያዘው ኤክሴል ይመልከቱ፡፡

በ2017 ዓ.ም የድኅረ ምረቃ ፕሮግራሞች ለሚማሩ አመልካቾች የመግቢያ ፈተና ነሐሴ 30 እስከ ጳጉሜን 1/2016 ዓ.ም መሰጠቱ ይታወሳል።

የተፈታኞች ውጤት ዛሬ ይፉ ሆኗል። ተፈታኞች የምዝገባ ቁጥር / Username በማስገባት ውጤታችሁን በተከታዩ ሊንክ መመልከት ትችላላችሁ 👇

በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የድኅረ ምረቃ ፕሮግራሞች የመግቢያ ፈተና (GAT) ሁለተኛ ዙር ፈተና ነገ መሰጠት ይጀምራል።

ፈተናው ከነገ መስከረም 15/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለሁለት ቀናት ይሰጣል።

በጠዋት እና ከሰዓት ክፍለ ጊዜ ለሚሰጠው ፈተና የተፈታኞች ኮድና ስም ዝርዝር እንዲሁም የመፈተኛ ክፍል ከላይ ከተያያዙት ኤክሴሎች ይመልከቱ፡፡
