For beginners

1. Synonym
Qs: Choose the word most similar in meaning to “lucid”.
A) Bright
B) Confusing
C) Clear
D) Loud
Answer: C) Clear
Explanation: "Lucid" means clear or easily understood.
Tip:
•Eliminate antonyms first.
•Think of the word in context (e.g., a lucid explanation = a clear explanation).
•Use substitution: “Is the sentence still meaningful if I replace the word?

2. Antonym
Qs: Choose the word most opposite in meaning to “hostile”.
A) Aggressive
B) Kind
C) Unfriendly

•Test each option in the sentence read it aloud mentally.

•Identify what all the options have in common.

🔴 How to manage your time

✔️ለGAT/NGAT ሲትዘጋጁ በጊዜ ግፊት ልምምድ ማድረግ እጅግ በጣም ጠቃሚ ነው ።

በብሄራዊ ደረጃ ለሚዘጋጁ ፈተናዎች ሲንዘጋጅ በጣም አስፈላጊ ከሆኑ ነገሮች አንዱ ጊዜን እንዴት በአግባቡ መጠቀም እንዳለብን በደንብ መለማመድ ነው። ትምህርቱን በደንብ የምናውቀው ቢሆንም እንኳ ጊዜያችንን በአግባቡ የማንጠቀም ከሆነ ብዙ ነጥቦችን ሊያሳጣን ይችላል። ለምሳሌ አብዘኞቹ የverbal reasoning ጥያቄዎች ከ90 ሰከንድ በታች መልስ እንዲያገኙ ታስበው የሚዘጋጁ ናቸው። ስለዚህ አእምሮአችን በፍጥነት ግን በትክክል እንዲያስብ ማሰልጠን የግድ አስፈላጊ ነው።

Why speed Matters፦

እንደ GAT ባሉ መደበኛ ፈተናዎች በተገደበ ስዓት ውስጥ የምንሰራው ነገር ነው። በያንዳንዱ ርዕስ ስር ( ከ45 እስከ 60 ደቂቃ) ውስጥ ለመጨረስ ከ30 እስከ 40 ጥያቄዎች ይኖራሉ። እንደ verbal reasoning ባሉ ይዘቶች ላይ እስከ 60 ጥያቄ ሊኖር ይችላል። ይህ ማለት በእያንዳንዱ ጥያቄ ዙሪያ 1 እስከ 1.5 ደቂቃ ብቻ ማጥፋት ይጠበቅበቅብናል ማለት ነው።


ፍጥነትን እንዴት መለማመድ እንደሚቻል ?

1. Use a Timer When Practicing:
🔷 ጥያቄዎችን በምትለማመዱበት ጊዜ Timer ተጠቀሙ ። ለእያንዳንዱ ጥያቄ የማቆሚያ ሰዓት መድቡ ።

2. Skip and Return:
🔷አንድ ጥያቄ በጣም ከባድ መስሎ ከታየ flag ማድረግ ፥ ቀላል የሆኑትን ከጨረስን በኋላ መመለስ እንችላለን። ግን the bad News is ይሄ በወርቀት በሚንፈተንበት ጊዜ ነው እንጅ እንደ GAT በኦንላይን ሲሆን ወደኋላ መመለስ አይቻልም።

3. Use Elimination Quickly:
🔷ከምርጫዎች መካከል ልክ ያልሆኑ መልሶችን በፍጥነት ለማስወገድ ራስችሁን አሰልጥኑ። ይህ ምርጫችሁን ያጠብብላችኋል፤ ጊዜም ይቆጥብላችኋል። በነገራችን ላይ ይሄ አብዘኞቹ ጎበዝ ተማሪዎች የሚጠቀሙት ነገር ነው።

4.Don’t Overread:
🔷ለመረዳት ወይም ግምቶችን ለማድረግ skim strategically። so ሁሉንም ነገር በቃላት ደጋግማችሁ ከማንበብ ይልቅ ቁልፍ በሆኑ ሐረጎችና ሽግግርዎች ላይ አትኩሩ።
