🚶 The length is similar to previous furwalks, at about 1.5 miles
🪑 Many benches are present for quick breaks along the route
📸 Photo opportunities include the strange yet engrossing Trestle Park
🚊 Want to arrive already in suit? Take the Hop to Historic Third Ward station
🚍 Coming by bus? 15, 18, and GreenLine have stops at the starting point, and 30 and 57 stop within walking distance
🅿️ Downtown street parking is free for two hours on Saturdays; we will be done before then

Get ready for the next fur walk! The walk begins at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, which is the new FurSquared venue! We’ll walk from the hotel to the Milwaukee River Walk, then back to the hotel.

Details:
🚶 The length is similar to previous furwalks, around 1.2 miles total. We will stop for breaks along the way
🪑 Let someone know if you need a break at any time! We will keep a pace that works for everyone
📸 Photo opportunities include Gertie the Duck and Bronze Fonz!
🚊 Want to arrive by train or coach bus? Hilton City Center is adjacent to Intermodal Station
🚍 Coming by bus? The CONNECT 1, and Routes 12, 19, 30, 31, 34, 40U, 80, 81, Blue Line, and Waukesha County Transit all stop within a block of the hotel
🅿️ Downtown street parking is often free for two hours on Saturdays, but make sure to check the parking signs. There are also parking garages nearby (you can use SpotHero to find a spot)

Get ready for the next fur walk! Meet outside the hotel lobby, where we will take first group photos at 1:45pm. Then we’ll walk from the hotel east along W Wisconsin Ave to the river and back. See the map for the route. The green lines are the initial route, and the red arrows indicate the route back. We should get back to the hotel at approximately 2:45pm.
