Event Detail and Adjustments
由於FurMIT工作團隊在五月下旬臨時收到飯店通知，活動場地以及部份設備必須讓出部份時間，導致必須限制參加者進場狀況、並將MIT MALL安排到晚上時段。
經內部討論並與飯店方溝通後，進行以下調整：
1.已完成MIT MALL攤位報名之攤主及小精靈，若不想在該時段繼續擺攤，請聯繫官方團隊，我們會全額退還攤位費用且不收取任何手續費。
2.已完成MIT MALL攤位報名之攤主及小精靈，若有訂購「明廚百匯晚餐券」，但因擺攤時段衝突無法前往用餐而想要退費者，我們提供以下方案二選一：
<1> 退晚餐券：可全額退費且不收取額外的手續費。
<2> 晚餐券效期展延：更換晚餐券，可展延至活動後半年內前往村卻國際溫泉酒店 - 明廚百匯用餐，且不用支付額外的費用。
若有需要上述方案的MIT MALL攤主及其小精靈，請聯繫官方團隊，若未聯繫則餐券效期不變。
3.關於開幕式的入場，2樓主會場將加開放「知名演員」等級的參加者入場，可於開幕式前至2樓主會場外進行排隊，並於8:45後入場。
4.我們將同時加開「Youtube」以及「Twitch」直播。
5.週六10:00-16:00 3F副會場為其他團體使用，非FurMIT活動使用時段，請參加者於該時段不要前往。
對於許多不便，我們深感抱歉，也感謝大家對於FurMIT的支持。

Due to a last-minute notification from the hotel in late May, the event venue and some equipment must be partially vacated during a specific schedule. This necessitates adjustments to entries to some particular area of the hotel and the rescheduling of MIT MALL to the evening.
After discussions with the hotel, the following arrangements are being made:
1. For vendors and assistants who have completed their registration for MIT MALL but find the new schedule quite inconvenient and prefer not to continue, please get in touch with the official FurMIT team. We will provide a full refund of the booth fee without any additional charges.
2. For vendors and assistants who have completed their registration for MIT MALL and have purchased dinner vouchers for the Ming Kitchen but cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts, we offer the following options:
a. Cancel the dinner vouchers with a full refund and no additional fees.
b. Extending the dinner voucher's validity: The voucher's expiration date will be extended for half a year without additional charges.
If any MIT MALL vendor or assistants require either of the options, they should contact the official team ASAP; voucher expiration remains the same if not contacted.
3. Opening ceremony: The "Celebrity" tier will be able to queue outside the main venue on the 2nd floor and be allowed to enter after 08:45.
4. We will live streaming on YouTube and Twitch.
5. The Event Venue (Sub) on the 3rd floor has been lent to another third party. It will be unavailable from 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday. Participants are advised not to enter the area during this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate everyone's support for FurMIT.
