We are pleased to announce that the 2022 room lottery results will be released this evening! We are still working with our partner hotels to add a small number of additional nights; this will allow us to accommodate the greatest percentage of attendees possible.

You will be notified regardless of whether or not your application was selected for a room. We will also make an announcement when all notices have been sent.

There are currently rooms available in the Crowne Plaza block!

If you are transferring from another in-block hotel, you can simply choose a room in the Crowne when editing your reservation.
No need to cancel/rebook!

There may be concern about snowfall cancelling flights to MFF. If you find yourself in a position where you won’t be able to make it in to your hotel on the day of check-in, make sure to call the hotel front desk and make them aware of the situation.

Failure to check-in without adequate communication may result in the charge of one day’s stay and the loss of your hotel room.
Please make sure this does not happen to you!

Earlybird attendees can get their vaccine check tonight between 8pm and 10pm in the Hyatt Regency O’Hare, directly in front of Con Ops!

Tonight’s Vax Check line will not be accepting any new entrants!
Vaccine Check will return tomorrow at noon in Hall A!

Please stop by Registration, Infodesk, Accessibility, or Operations if interested. Make sure to pick up the whole set (two cards, front and back) so you’re ready to go if your preferences change!

Attendees: Vax Check opens at Noon and Registration at the times shown. Please do not congregate or attempt to form lines any sooner than 30 minutes before either opens. As a reminder, a vaccination wristband OR badge is required to attend any Thursday events.

Attendees: Please keep in mind that you are required to mask in all event spaces, and while completing Vaccine Check!

Pre-Registered attendees are welcome to come line up and retrieve their badges in Hall A.
