MangoPay is going to open for more websites. Each user can request API, well the system found some user account simulated the API and these account will be blocked.

Requirements for Retention Funds
Users are required to keep 200 MangoCoins in their accounts as retention funds. These funds will be frozen during the API usage period and cannot be used for other transactions.
