አዲስ አበባ — የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ (NBE) ዛሬ የካቲት 20 ቀን 2018 ባወጣው አስቸኳይ የህዝብ ማሳሰቢያ፣ በተለያዩ የንግድ መድረኮች አማካኝነት በኢትዮጵያ ብር ላይ ተመስርተው የሚከናወኑ የPeer-to-Peer (P2P) የክሪፕቶ ከረንሲ ግብይቶች ሕገ-ወጥ መሆናቸውን አስታውቋል።
ባንኩ ባወጣው መግለጫ መሠረት፣ የወቅቱ የቁጥጥር ማዕቀፍ ያለ ባንኩ ፈቃድ የብር ጥንድ የሆኑ P2P ዝግጅቶችን አይፈቅድም።
የብሔራዊ ባንክ ማስጠንቀቂያና ዝርዝር መረጃዎች፦
1.ብሔራዊ ባንኩ የክሪፕቶ ንብረቶች ገበያ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ መዋዠቅ ያለበት፣ ለማጭበርበር (Fraud and Scams) የተጋለጠ፣ እና የውጭ ምንዛሬ ዋጋ ማጭበርበር ስጋት ያለበት መሆኑን አስታውቋል።
2. እነዚህ የP2P መድረኮች በተመሰቃቀለ የፋይናንስ ሥርዓት ውስጥ የሚገኙ በመሆናቸው፣ በባህላዊ የፋይናንስ ተቋማት የሚገኙ እንደ "የገንዘብ ማጠብ መከላከያ" (AML) ያሉ የደህንነት ጥበቃዎች የሏቸውም።
3. በአለም አቀፍ ደረጃ አንዳንድ የP2P መድረኮች የቴክኒክ እና የፋይናንስ ችግሮች በማጋጠማቸው ተጠቃሚዎች ገንዘባቸውን እንዳያወጡ መከልከላቸው ታይቷል።
