Hawk's invention: "Squawk-Berry Pie"
=> Two fruit fillings with the cheesecake mix in the middle and graham cracker crumbles on top. 🥳 🌹
Here is his 2021 Mother's Day Edition (peach & blue berry)
1. Make a pie crust like normal
2. Put in a layer of your favorite fruit with cinnamon and sugar cooked together (peach shown here)
3. Cream cheese, egg, & brown sugar whipped together (1 package cream cheese, 3/4 cup brown suger, 1 egg), then pour on top of the 1st fruit layer
4. Prepare the 2nd fruit mix (blueberry here), add on top of the cream-cheese layer
5. Sprinkle a layer of Graham cracker crust on top
6. Then bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes
7. Once done, you have to let it cool to room temperature AND then refrigerate for like two hours... you want to serve it once it is completely cool like a cheesecake...
