According to Amir al-Mu'minin, the Master of the Monotheists, and the Imam of the Mujahideen, Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), he said: "Jihad is a gateway to Paradise, which Allah has opened for His chosen ones. It is a garment of piety, a shield of Allah, and a fortress of His protection. Whoever abandons it out of disdain will be clothed in the garment of humiliation and be beset by calamities."

Anyone entrusted with weapons to protect his people, his land, and his country's sovereignty and sanctities, and then wishes to withdraw them without achieving sovereignty and protecting his people and sanctities, that is his personal decision and responsibility. He should return the weapons to their source, as they are not his property. Indeed, trust must be returned to its rightful owners, and it is better for him to leave the door of action open for those who believe in the necessity of upholding this noble path.

As our esteemed references have pointed out that sovereignty, maintaining Iraq's security, and preventing external interventions in all their forms are prerequisites for discussing the monopoly of weapons by the state, we confirm that our position aligns with that of our references, once these conditions are met.

Therefore, resistance is a right, and its weapons will remain in the hands of its Mujahideen. Any discussion of an understanding with the Government will only take place after the withdrawal of all occupation forces, NATO, and the Turkish Army, and after ensuring the safety of our people and our sanctities from the threats of Jolani's gangs and the Peshmerga.
