We strongly condemn the treacherous Zionist aggression against civilians in the town of Beit Jinn, in the countryside of Damascus, which led to the martyrdom and injury of a number of people in a blatant violation of Syria's sovereignty and expansion of its occupation of its lands.

While we appreciate the resistance of the people of the Syrian town and their heroic confrontation with the Israeli enemy forces, we affirm that jihad and resistance are capable of deterring aggression, and that appeasement will not prevent the continuation of the enemy's expansionist plans and agendas, whether in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, or the rest of the region's countries.

We also affirm Syria's right to respond to aggression by all available means, and that a dire consequence awaits those who ignore the lessons of history and abandon the legitimate duty of self-defense, which is guaranteed by heavenly laws, international laws, and human norms.

We call on the Arab and Islamic regimes again to confront the Jewish criminal attack, which targets the entire nation with its geography, identity, and history, and to leave the state of humiliation that encouraged the Zionist enemy to persist, and to consolidate the fait accompli with the power of arms and chaos.
