The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) confirms that the heroic stabbing operation carried out by one of the heroes of Palestine in Jerusalem on Friday afternoon, comes as a natural response to the crimes of the terrorist enemy and the atrocities of its settlers, and constitutes a new blow to the occupation's security system and its illusions about stopping the resistance rooted in the hearts of our people.

The ongoing operations carried out by Palestinian youth against the criminal occupation soldiers come amidst the ongoing war of extermination in Gaza and the West Bank, and the enemy's extended crimes that have affected our Arab sister countries, the latest of which was targeting the movement's negotiating delegation in the Qatari capital, Doha.

The movement affirms that confronting the occupier is a natural response to its crimes and brutal massacres in the Gaza Strip, and the attacks of fascist settlers in cities and villages of the West Bank and Jerusalem, and its desperate attempts to impose annexation and displacement.

The movement also praises our defiant youth, who embody with their firm will an unyielding determination in facing the occupation, and calls on our people's masses to continue confronting and resisting with all means until the enemy is defeated from our land and holy sites.

What is happening in the city of Tulkarm in terms of mass and random arrests carried out by the occupation forces reflects the criminal face of this fascist entity that only knows killing, torture, and abuse, in an attempt to humiliate the sons of our people through the way they are arrested in human chains, as part of a terrorist policy based on collective punishment against civilians.

The documented scenes of the arrest operations reveal the confusion and loss of balance of the occupation authorities, exposing their approach that disregards any norms or laws, based on killing, extermination, arbitrary detention, and violation of all human rights and humanitarian standards.

We affirm that the aggression and arrests taking place in Tulkarm and all the governorates of the West Bank, and the use of repression and brutality, will not deter the will and determination of our steadfast people, nor will it bring security or stability to this criminal occupation, but rather deepen its security and political crisis after its ugly face has been exposed to the whole world.

We call on the sons of our people in the West Bank to unite in the field of steadfastness and resilience, to confront the arrogance of the occupation by all means and tools, and to thwart its malicious plans for annexation, displacement, and its dreams of imposing full control over the West Bank.
