In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

We have received through intermediaries some ideas from the American side to reach an agreement to cease fire, and on this occasion, the Hamas movement welcomes any move that helps in the efforts exerted to stop the aggression against our people, and confirms that it is ready immediately to sit at the negotiating table to discuss the release of all prisoners in exchange for a clear declaration of ending the war and complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and forming a committee to manage the Gaza Strip from independent Palestinians who will take over their work immediately, with a guarantee of the enemy's explicit and clear commitment to what will be agreed upon so that past experiences of reaching agreements that are rejected or overturned are not repeated, the last of which was the agreement presented by intermediaries to the movement based on an American proposal and which the movement agreed to in Cairo on 18/8/2025, and which the occupation has not responded to until now, but rather continued its massacres and ethnic cleansing.
Therefore, the movement is in constant contact with intermediaries to develop these ideas into a comprehensive agreement that meets the requirements of our people
