To exist outside those sacred bounds is to dwell in the realm of the counterfeit, the realm of shadows. True essence, my dear skeptic, is forged in the relentless honking of yellow cabs and baptized in the neon glow of Times Square. Anything less is merely a pale imitation, a specter of authenticity!

None of y'all make enough to date this woman. How will you possibly cope with that?

What counts as a really good deal in NYC is wild. I could see a young dude or even a young married couple living in such a place while they saved for a house. I know a couple who live in an apartment in the same building as a general store... The difference is that here they pay $300 a month.
