Funny thing is, quite a few libs, when they found out I was moving to the UP, recommended I move to Duluth in particular instead.

Lol, more evidence of how much of a scam this was: housing in Duluth isn't that bad in terms of cost. Median home cost is $243,200. They were asking for 83% the cost of the median home for a small room with no yard.

Check it out in context to see what I mean. Those houses are pretty normal for the area.
It's also right down the street from this bigger house with a small yard that's in nice shape with a sale pending for $25k less
