And that's not even the funniest part.. They were asking for that much after the city of Duluth loaned them $198.8k for the plot and to build it.

It's on a "diminutive lot" worth $8.8k. and they somehow apparently spent $190k to build this.

Funny thing is, quite a few libs, when they found out I was moving to the UP, recommended I move to Duluth in particular instead.

They're considering using it as an affordable housing rental unit, but:

Lol, more evidence of how much of a scam this was: housing in Duluth isn't that bad in terms of cost. Median home cost is $243,200. They were asking for 83% the cost of the median home for a small room with no yard.
