Due to spending of over 200.000$ in marketing, listings and many more from April until June from our own pocket we had to cover partially our costs after we've noticed that the interest dropped and community lost interest in helping our
efforts, we got criticize while we were making also personal financial sacrifice's. Considering that we started the project out of fun and to proof that there can be projects without rug pulls, we've managed to do that and even today by making this annoucement.
By any means costs of marketing from Waterfallbot up to BSC Scan ads where extremely costly.
The most costs were into listing that also require an upkeep of around 1000$ per month!!!! Our community cannot sustain that clearly.
We've delivered upfront more then 'Shiba' did in technology in short time period. And we've went over our efforts.
I hope the community understand that still majority of funds are locked and we just sold what was supposed to be sold at 18.000.0000$ Marketcap. At that point we've been dumped by a investor that didn't cared about the project and was pure speculator it affected the whole market action.
We've indetified him and we managed at that moment to stop him doing it, but the damage was already done and we couldn't do nothing about it.
We understand that some might be affected by the past days sell-off, yet we also supported the project from our own money and our balances are negative by A LOT. But this sell-off was in the plan and DUE since JUNE 2021. Now since then the loss has been already done. Our sell off right now didn't moved the market the way it would have been moved if we sold at 4-5M$ Marketcap that would have RIPPLED the market.
With the curreny sell means more Frenchies back into circulation, a more even redistribution and cost-opportunity for current holders as they can buy prime , cheap frenchie token.
We still haven't rebalanced the spending sheets we will recalculate too see how is spending vs what we sold in order too see if this was enough.
In the end the project will continue as promised and we will continue to work on our blockchain technology. There might be delays due to financial motivation, lack of community activity and many other elements that aren't in our control.

— We still have undergoing work, and some bugs that are normal for now and we currently debugging. One of them is connectivity with Metamask and we working on it right now.
— First spin-run of the Testnet sadly, will not be by end of December, as holidays are knocking at the door we have to step-down, a bit from the computer screen and connect with our beloved ones.
— It will happen in January if all bugs are cleared out.
— Again we appreciate your commitment and support. Our community holds it up great in these tumultuous times in which Bitcoin fall-off over 30%, we sat straight and solid. We thank you for that and we will do all our best to deliver.

Unfortunately we won't meet tonight on a voice chat. We decided it's better to organize more info, prepare some docs and get more prepared for investor questions. We want this next AMA to be the most important and the most enlightening. I hope you guys understand :)
As soon as we have a new date for the meeting, we will let you guys know.
By the way, we are also working on website updates and a place (something like a blog/news page) to get closer to community with transparent changelogs, updates, etc.
We are building something big. We want to make it right.
