COVID Vaccine-Injured Sue Biden Administration Over Censorship ⚡️

A woman who suffered severe nerve damage after receiving a COVID-19 vaccination and four others with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 vaccine injuries launched a lawsuit against President Joe Biden and his administration on May 22.

Top government officials violated the plaintiffs’ rights to free speech and peaceful assembly when they pressured Big Tech companies to crack down on people sharing their experience after receiving the COVID-19 vaccines, Brianne Dressen, the woman, and the other plaintiffs say.

“Through threats, pressure, inducement, and coercion, Defendants now work in concert with social media companies to censor content the government deems ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation,’ and ‘malinformation’—a feat that the government could never lawfully accomplish alone,” the 124-page suit, filed in U.S. court in southern Texas, states.

In addition to Biden, defendants include Rob Flaherty, a top adviser to Biden; White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre; the Department of Homeland Security; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.

Dressen hailed the lawsuit as a major development for those reporting to be suffering from vaccine injuries.

“People injured by the COVID vaccines in the United States have not been able to file suit anywhere, under any circumstance,” she told The Epoch Times. “So this is a landmark case for Americans injured by the COVID vaccine.”

The five people who experienced serious problems following vaccination are joined by Ernest Ramirez, whose son died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. They’ve repeatedly been censored by platforms like Twitter and Instagram as they tried to share their stories.

Ramirez, for instance, saw a GoFundMe that sought to raise funds for him to travel to Washington to share his son’s story taken down.

Another plaintiff, Nikki Holland, meanwhile, posted videos on TikTok regarding her experiences after being vaccinated, including the injuries she suffered. TikTok said the videos violated guidelines such as one against posting “violent and graphic content.”

One Facebook group called “A Wee Sprinkle of Hope” was shut down after a group member posted an infographic of symptoms people have experienced following COVID-19 vaccination.

The removal of the groups robbed those suffering injuries after a COVID-19 vaccine of key gathering places for the exchange of information as they sought to figure out how to treat their often-debilitating conditions.

Discovery in Missouri v. Biden litigation, lodged by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana against the Biden administration, has revealed that officials pressured WhatsApp, Facebook, and other technology companies to censor users talking about problems following COVID-19 vaccination.

Pyramid and the Pool: Why Things are Better in Covid Times Than It Seems

M, a subscriber, sent us a 2017 video from sociologist Martha Beck even more relevant today in Covid times.

Now more than ever people are seeing policies put in place that they intuitively know do not make sense.

Beck explains we are going through "an epidemic of awakening."

Beck says it may not seem a positive change is taking place if we look at the news, but for system collapse, it must go to its extreme as "another system comes in."

Usually, she says, system change creates another system with a pyramid power structure.

"And right now we have a society of people who are desperately trying to get to the top" and "it's getting weirder, and more sordid, and more awful."

She concludes to dissolve the pyramid we need a completely equal structure, like a pool of water, and this depends on how authentic we are, how much we express positivity - love and creativity - into the pool from our heart.

A Real-World Lesson in Freedom: The Iroquois Nation 🎉

Dr. Bruce Lipton and Steve Bhaerman write in their book Spontaneous Evolution (2009):

Perhaps as early as A.D. 1100, or, according to some accounts, in the 1400s or 1500s, six tribes that populated what is now the northeastern United States, southern Ontario, and Québec, Canada, came together and formed the Iroquois Confederacy.

The confederacy was comprised of the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, and the Seneca tribes, and, later, the Tuscaroras, who migrated from the Carolinas.

As with America's subsequent federal system, the tribes retained autonomy in regard to local issues.

The confederacy was a mutual-defence pact, which provided a strong multi-tribe nation to protect against outside enemies. It conserved lives, resources, and energies that would have been spent on waging war.

In the Iroquois Nation of colonial America, the Age of Enlightenment philosophers of Europe found a real-world object lesson in freedom.

As noted historian of the Iroquois Nation Donald A. Grinde, a professor of American Studies and a Yamasee Indian, points out, the Iroquois believed in freedom of expression, provided that expression caused no harm.

A Native American from the Iroquois Nation was the first to actually propose the creation of the United States - on the Fourth of July no less! On July 4, 1744, at a meeting designed to forge an alliance between the Iroquois and the English colonists.

Perhaps the most important lesson from the Iroquois tribal society is the notion that authority comes from the ground up, not from the top down. Remember, European law, even at its most enlightened, maintained that God delegated power to the King who delegated power at his discretion to the nobility, and there it ended.

The most radical evolutionary notion of our Founders - a notion that came directly from Native American culture - is that the need for government arises from equally sovereign citizens who enter into a compact to ensure a mutually beneficial and thriving community. Again Grinde on Native American society: "Power is breathed into leaders by the people, and those leaders then exist on that support. When that support no longer exists. then their power ceases to exist."

There was a reason why Native American society had neither kings nor nobility, the culture was roughly egalitarian, and the resources in the tribe were distributed according to need, not social class.

Native American culture perceived Earth, plants, and land as feminine in character. Because older women were closest to the basics of life, which had to do with growing and preparing food, birthing and caring for children, and the domestic work of the community, it was a no-brainer for men to acknowledge women's fundamental power.

The basic unit of government for the Native Americans was the clan, usually headed by an older woman. Clans owned property collectively and used it to grow enough to feed all of their members. Politically, the Iroquois understood the need for women and men to achieve unity and work together in balance and harmony.

The oldest women, the Council of Grandmothers, assumed the true political power, possessing sole authority to choose the chief or impeach a chief for incompetence or wrongdoing. Women even made the final decision regarding whether or not to go to war.

As 50% of the world's population now believe our freedoms are being taken away, it is time for us to support each other, heal our wounds, and focus on building a beautiful new post-Covid world without them - together 💞✊

The vast majority of global respondents agreed with the prompt, “My government has done too much to limit people’s freedoms during the coronavirus crisis,” reports the Brownstone Institute.

Dr. Mattias Desmet says 30% of the population are in mass formation while 40% follow the crowd.

Globally, more than 50% of the population are now questioning the mainstream narrative!

This is important because we know that the mainstream narrative is focused on keeping us in fear to keep us feeling powerless, that things are hopeless, and nothing can be done.

We must be careful we also do not focus on doom and gloom, or the orchestrators of mass formation still have us focusing on feeling helpless.

Zero Young Healthy Individuals Died Of COVID-19 in Israeli, Data Show ⚡️

Zero healthy individuals under the age of 50 have died of COVID-19 in Israel, according to newly released data.

“Zero deceased of 18–49 years of age with no underlying morbidities,” the Israel Ministry of Health (MOH) said in response to a formal request from an attorney.

“Zero is a very, very clear number, and cannot be subject to interpretation,” Yoav Yehezkelli, a specialist in internal medicine and medical management, and former lecturer in the Department of Emergency and Disaster Management at Tel Aviv University in Israel, told The Epoch Times.

“Why were all the extreme measures of school closures, vaccination of children, and lockdowns needed?” he added.

The information was sparked by a freedom of information request filed by attorney Ori Xabi, who has been filing several such requests.
