New York State Announces in Court they Intend to Drop Vaccine Mandate for all Healthcare Workers ⚡️

This morning in the case Medical Professionals for Informed Consent v. Mary T. Bassett, in NY State Fourth Department Appellate Division, the State of New York announced they intend to drop the vaccine mandate for all healthcare workers across the state.

This is a clear sign of the strength of the lower court victory where the mandate was rescinded and ruled unconstitutional in this Children’s Health Defense-backed case.

In what can only be described as pure gamesmanship, New York State asked the court to withdraw their appeal but overturn the lower court’s decision without looking at the merits on the grounds that it was now moot.

What that means is NY State wants the victory that Sujata Gibson and Children’s Health Defense already obtained in the lower court to be thrown out because today they announced a plan to withdraw the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

The lower court decision ruled that the state-wide vaccine mandate for healthcare workers was illegal and unconstitutional. This was a victory for attorney Sujata Gibson backed by Children’s Health Defense.

Today in court Gibson stated she is opposed to this offer from the state because it leaves open the very real possibility that this constitutional violation could happen again and ruin many more lives.

In talking to CHD TV immediately after the court hearing Gibson stated, “The law does not allow an agency to voluntarily stop an illegal activity and then claim they shouldn’t be held legally accountable.”

Abdominals for pelvic health (and more!)⚡️

I’m taking a break today after a busy teaching schedule, so am sharing more videos with you! Let me know if there’s anything that you would like me to cover.

This abdominal exercise activates all of the key muscles necessary for optimal pelvic health - notice there is no pulling up (kegel) of the pelvic “floor” here - that is an absolute no, no!
Having healthy toned abdominals is not only important for pelvic health, but also for back health, digestion, body stability… the benefits are many. Here we are working obliques, transverse abdominals and rectus abdominus (six pack muscles) as well as the adductors and obtruator internus.

I say it in the video, but if you have injuries, pain and/or pelvic health issues - you begin these with the head down. As always, if anything doesn’t feel good - STOP - ask me questions.

In December there was a push from the government here in Sweden to get all adults to have the third jab, if not they threatened with harder restrictions. Of the 2.7 millions Swedes (or about 1/3 of the adult population here) who had 2 jabs or less only 1 % took the third shot. A pure delight to see that so many of us didnt buy the propaganda anymore.

COVID Vaccine-Injured Sue Biden Administration Over Censorship ⚡️

A woman who suffered severe nerve damage after receiving a COVID-19 vaccination and four others with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 vaccine injuries launched a lawsuit against President Joe Biden and his administration on May 22.

Top government officials violated the plaintiffs’ rights to free speech and peaceful assembly when they pressured Big Tech companies to crack down on people sharing their experience after receiving the COVID-19 vaccines, Brianne Dressen, the woman, and the other plaintiffs say.

“Through threats, pressure, inducement, and coercion, Defendants now work in concert with social media companies to censor content the government deems ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation,’ and ‘malinformation’—a feat that the government could never lawfully accomplish alone,” the 124-page suit, filed in U.S. court in southern Texas, states.

In addition to Biden, defendants include Rob Flaherty, a top adviser to Biden; White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre; the Department of Homeland Security; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Surgeon General Vivek Murthy.

Dressen hailed the lawsuit as a major development for those reporting to be suffering from vaccine injuries.

“People injured by the COVID vaccines in the United States have not been able to file suit anywhere, under any circumstance,” she told The Epoch Times. “So this is a landmark case for Americans injured by the COVID vaccine.”

The five people who experienced serious problems following vaccination are joined by Ernest Ramirez, whose son died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. They’ve repeatedly been censored by platforms like Twitter and Instagram as they tried to share their stories.

Ramirez, for instance, saw a GoFundMe that sought to raise funds for him to travel to Washington to share his son’s story taken down.

Another plaintiff, Nikki Holland, meanwhile, posted videos on TikTok regarding her experiences after being vaccinated, including the injuries she suffered. TikTok said the videos violated guidelines such as one against posting “violent and graphic content.”

One Facebook group called “A Wee Sprinkle of Hope” was shut down after a group member posted an infographic of symptoms people have experienced following COVID-19 vaccination.

The removal of the groups robbed those suffering injuries after a COVID-19 vaccine of key gathering places for the exchange of information as they sought to figure out how to treat their often-debilitating conditions.

Discovery in Missouri v. Biden litigation, lodged by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana against the Biden administration, has revealed that officials pressured WhatsApp, Facebook, and other technology companies to censor users talking about problems following COVID-19 vaccination.

Pyramid and the Pool: Why Things are Better in Covid Times Than It Seems

M, a subscriber, sent us a 2017 video from sociologist Martha Beck even more relevant today in Covid times.

Now more than ever people are seeing policies put in place that they intuitively know do not make sense.

Beck explains we are going through "an epidemic of awakening."

Beck says it may not seem a positive change is taking place if we look at the news, but for system collapse, it must go to its extreme as "another system comes in."

Usually, she says, system change creates another system with a pyramid power structure.

"And right now we have a society of people who are desperately trying to get to the top" and "it's getting weirder, and more sordid, and more awful."

She concludes to dissolve the pyramid we need a completely equal structure, like a pool of water, and this depends on how authentic we are, how much we express positivity - love and creativity - into the pool from our heart.
