I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.” (1935)

Note: Wall St (Schiff and Morgan etc) raised war loans for Japan 1904-1941, London to start WW1 and prolong it, and to attack and hijack Russia since Crimea.... which Tom Paine mentions in "Rights of Man" 1794. Schiff, a banker from Frankfurt migrated to NY in 1860s, was allied with Rothschild London, and seems connected with murders of Lincoln and the Tsar.
The expansion into foreign wars and imperialism was dictated by Wall St. Still is. The Vindman brothers collaborated from Wall St and Pentagon to hijack Ukraine.....
