So I decided to look at the New SECDEF which appeared on X a couple of days ago which indicated his first appearance since his hospitalization working from home and a picture of the SECDEF taken on June 10 2021 during a hearing with the Senate Armed Services committee. Comparing both photographs adjusting the size of the 2021 photo, keeping the aspect ration the same without alteration and modifying the angles of the bottom of the glasses to match the more recent photo and ensuring that the eyes overlaid almost perfectly between the two photographs, and then altering the transparency of the more recent photograph, we find that the SECDEF has lost a fair substantial portion of his neck and the proportion of his head to his shoulders are also not the same. That could be accounted by his posture. OK - no matter - with the eyeglasses the same size and angle and the eyes overlaid on top of one another, the New SECDEF seems to have lost a significant amount of weight in his face and the size of his skull has lost a significant amount as well.
