This is interesting but the picture doesnt fit the story. Specifically, looking closely at that diagram of a round vehicle-- there are only a few words that are readable like " Papoose Lake" "moon dark side" etc that makes you think this is about space. But much of it looks to be in ?Russian. And unintelligible blurry. I think the written article sounds like plausible Pentagon BS. And would it matter if the Azerbaijanis claimed they were given this land by God 3000 years before ( even though genetically the Ajerbaijanis provably did not originate in America but in Eastern Europe)? Just asking for a friend.
