This is dead chupakabra monster, it appeared about 15 years ago on Russian 🇷🇺 territory, after big pack escaped the secret cloning lab likely in Ukraine 🇺🇦
They drink the blood🩸mostly of goat 🐐 but can also attack other farm 🚜 animals. What's interesting they mostly feed on goats. When very hungry kill 🐑 🐖 🐄 🐎 etc
Chupakabra have some intellect, much higher than other predators like wolves 🐺 for example, that's why it's very hard to catch and kill it.
How they reproduce or where's their hideout is unknown, in 15 years probably only few were killed by hunters. Some farmers were posting videos, how in the morning they've found their cattle completely destroyed, only bones remaining in the field.
Attacks on humans were not reported till now, how many chupakabras exist is also unknown, but based on the reports from around Russia, likely at least a hundred.

My wife just sent this to me. She is a teacher at a middle school and the superintendent informed all staff and teachers that the EAS testing from FEMA will occur Wednesday Oct 4th from 2:20-2:50. They even used the words to the describe the Test as “a unique tone and sequence of vibrations and will be sent out to all cell phones! They are getting them prepared for what is to come!
