They hugged their family and spent time laughing with loved ones. They didn’t need any expensive bio hacks because they were bathing in all the energy nature bestows. And when they got sick, their doctor told them to take a month off and go spend it in nature.

When someone got ill, instead of giving them meds we told them to go spend a month in nature. Go to a beach, read books, spend time in the sun, swim in the ocean, walk in the forest, eat real food.
