What caused America to have 10 million unfilled jobs?

Police had been able to locate the area her last cell phone signal pinged, but didn't see the rental vehicle. There were no signs of drugs or physical assault. The coroner ruled her death as "natural causes".. She was only 33 and in good health, other than a prior history of a thyroid condition which had been under control for years.
