Keep chlorine dioxide ( the universal antidote) handy and use it so you are familiar with protocols and mixing etc. If sick use 1 activated drop in a cup of water hourly and bathe in CD twice a day. Just those two things and i never get sick— even on cruise ships when the people around me are sick.
