This is modern day “Psychotronics”. In the 1920’s-30’s Kazhinsky realized that the brain was a receiver and transmitter of wavelengths that could be received by someone else tuned to the wavelength. He called it the “Brain Radio”. Research was done by him for the government, until the Cheka asked him to the Lubyanka for an interview and he was never seen again— but the research continued. You bet it did by us by Germans and by the Bolsheviks.
