I’m kicking myself for allowing this for my precious boys. Even as a surgeon— I just didn’t know. Now, I realize it was wrong on the face of it. Even if Vit K drficiency is to be avoided, k is well absorbed orally. Why didn’t they use drops in the mouth??? Because they want to inject OTHER THINGS that would be possible with a simple Vit K drop in the mouth.

Multiple manhole fires in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood caused street closures and evacuations on Tuesday night.
According to Boston police, dispatchers received a radio call around 5:21 p.m. for a report of a manhole fire at the intersection of Dartmouth St and Newbury St.
Officials determined there were 6 manhole fires in the area.
There were no reports of any injuries.
4 buildings were evacuated as a precaution.
Fire officials said the issue appears to be electrical and the manholes are equipped with explosion-safe covers that protect them from becoming projectiles.
