The context is that this case the Plaintiff’s (Firearm Policy Coalition (FPC), the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF), Louisiana State Shooting Association, and 5+ named individuals) sued the Defendant (The BATF, FBI, Dept of Justice) and the local States’ courts (Texas, Mississippi & Louisiana)(5th Federal Circuit, covers Louisiana, Texas, & Mississippi).

The context isn’t what you think it is, it’s a WIN for the 2nd amendment because the plantiffs won, the plaintiffs have to disclose ALL members under the age of 21 because they can now legally purchase a handgun in those states as the Federal Court sided with them in the case claiming that those 18-20 year olds have had their second amendment rights infringed upon by being unable to purchase specific types of firearms due to age restriction.

Notice: Due to how U.S Laws work, unless you were represented in this case, you still have to abide by the age restriction on the purchase of handguns and AOWs (Any Other Weapons)
