Out of curiosity…what is the reason for “illegal fireworks”? Eapecially when sold by legal fireworks stores as noted elsewhere…I smell a tax problem. And secondly, why is the fire hazard not in small town America where we ALL light off fireworks? Or is it not reported? Or its congested areas?
