But this video explains what happened. They were leaving dock just upstream of the bridge. They must have lost all steerage/ power so they started drifting with the current. Watch the local police and fire boats act like tugs to slow the drifting ship. Thats pretty impressive coordination.๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
