To monitor the general’s house, he rented a carsharing car, where he installed a video surveillance camera. The footage from this camera was broadcast online to the organizers of the terrorist attack in the city of Dnepr. As soon as a video signal was received about the military leaving the entrance, the detainee remotely detonated the explosive device.

For committing this crime, he was promised a cash reward in the amount of 100 thousand dollars and the opportunity to travel to one of the European countries to live.
