3 years ago I tried to tell Sen. Grassley that the FDA is not constitutional and should not have the power to keep drugs from the people who want them. His answer: โ We only let them deal with safety and efficacy.โ See where that has taken us, Senator? In 2020? Now the FDA is interdicting IVM at the border via USPS. Desperate Americans fighting COVID cant get the medicine at any price that is over the counter in African nations, India, and officially now adopted in Japan. Its easy to talk Constitution. Its harder to actually understand it.
