My thinking: BRICS is, at the heart, a coalition of the fed-up. All the smaller nations who have been bullied by the USA and Britain and EU are now being organised thanks to long term planning by Russia. They are supporting common law and financial independence from the petrodollar. And most importantly Russia treats them as allies and trading partners— not as underlings. Russian PMC Wagner is in Africa stabilising CAR and Mali and others against the American-European exploitation of their considerable natural resources. Africa couldn’t benefit from their bounty because it was taken unfairly. Look no further than gold and diamonds, and the use of bioweapons to seize and control the mines. So we should not be surprised at what is happening. Like the playground bully, we are being opposed by all our victims standing together. It’s about time. The good souls of Russia and America would be unstoppable if we could get together in peaceful cooperation. Thats why the überparasites keep us divided.

An Observation: when I stufied Russian in college in 1970-73 there were very few English cognates in the Russian lexicon. In other words unlike German or Spanish you didn’t get any “freebies” in vocabulary because there are no common words. The only one I remember was the introduced word «автомобиль» = automobile. But now there are many common words of science war finance and politics. And this has happened within one generation. So maybe we have the Tower of Babel story wrong. Maybe it wasn’t the bad guys who BUILT the tower. Maybe they brought it down. Maybe the tower is simply a metaphor for the possibility of universal understanding by a common language that would unite humanity. And the überlords made sure no common language existed so they could keep us fighting each other over stupid ideas. We and the Russians should be allies not foes. Thanks to the “deep state” “Phrygian Mafia” demonic forces in the world we stay divided. But as we can communicate more and more we will see ourselves in the other. Then the evil warfare game is over.

🇪🇹 🇳🇬 Space is a critical domain for Africa's economic, scientific and strategic development, says Ethiopian official

This week, in a bid to empower African nations in the global space sector, Ethiopia and Nigeria have jointly launched a training course focused on international space cooperation.

🗣 "The training aims to build leadership capacity for African countries in space sector. So, by equipping participants with the knowledge and the skills to effectively engage in global space policies, governance structures and also technical fields," Dr. Yeshurun Alemayehu, Ethiopia's Deputy Minister of Innovation and Technology, told Sputnik Africa.

Dr. Alemayehu emphasized the potential of space for diplomacy, stating that "different nations have their own priorities and their own national interests… Space can be used as a diplomatic tool to tie the different ideological countries to work together."

The official, a former deputy director of the Ethiopian Space Science and Geospatial Institute, also stressed the significance of a robust African space industry and policy. He explained that space technology will allow the continent to "address its unique developmental challenges, and also to unlock economic opportunities".

🗣 "Space capabilities such as satellite technology provide critical services for monitoring climate change, improving productivity, and managing natural resources," he said.

Dr. Alemayehu further highlighted the importance of African participation in global space policy, ensuring they are not left behind by other countries. "Anyone with strong power can manipulate space," he warned. "So that is very tied with sovereignty and the national security."

The American diplomat will be expelled on Monday morning if he "does not apologize to Mzee (President Yoweri Museveni) personally," Chief of Defense Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba said on social media platform X.

🗣 "Fellow Ugandans, it is my solemn duty to announce to you all that we as a nation are about to have a serious confrontation with the current US Ambassador to our country. For disrespecting our beloved and celebrated President and undermining Uganda's Constitution," said Kainerugaba, the leader's son, accusing William W. Popp of "undiplomatic behavior," without elaborating.

However, Uganda has no problem with the United States, said the military officer. But "lately, we have a lot of evidence that they have been working against the [Ugandan] government," he added.

General Kainerugaba later explained that "It is not only General MK. It is President Museveni, the government and the people of Uganda too. This is not a personal issue between me and the current US Ambassador, this is a national issue and you'll see that NO foreign country will ever dominate Uganda again!"
