Anyone with a Hellio P23 MTK 6763 chipset? I don't have any device with that configuration. If you do, can you tell me the exact CPU cluster map? Have a few users complaining they can't change CPU freqs and I can't understand how that's possible since it's just a53 cores. Thanks.
