We've achieved the goals we'd set for our Android Automotive OS porting work, so today we're announcing we've transitioned to supporting the efforts at The Lineage Project to create community driven AAOS ports. https://t.co/i0zqikVtCm

If your company forces you to use whatever instead of focusing on employees happiness then ya'll at the wrong place to work.

There’s no amount of money you could pay me to work at a company that forced its employees to use Windows computers

This is true. The more I work with phones the less I want to use them. I have like 20 apps at the most and almost only use the phone to take pictures.

Happens the same for me :(

@topjohnwu:
This drives me absolutely nuts. No matter how many times I set my temperature to show in Celsius, somewhere in Google's services/Pixel's UI, it will show me Fahrenheit. Google, just because I live in the US, doesn't mean I accept the incorrect scale 😤. iOS does not do this to me

Congrats to the team leading the efforts to make #JetpackCompose a reality. It sure seems the future for Android development.
That said, am I the only developer not excited by this? It's great things are evolving, but surely don't look forward learning a new FW yet again...

I use a similar (not this complex though) in one of my apps and users love it. Ads don't pay much but rather get users involved in the app and sometime fully upgrade than trying to pirate it or not use the app at all.
Great effort @chrismlacy !

SwirlWalls 2.0 introduces the Feature Meter, a user friendly system that allows anyone to continually unlock 100% of app content for free.
Or you can buy the one-time SwirlWalls Prime upgrade to fill the Feature Meter forever.
The choice is yours.
