Polis has appointed an anti-agricultural activist to the State Board of Veterinary Medicine:

“Ellen Kessler posted a photo of herself to her Facebook page, which has since been removed, taken the same day police were summoned to remove her and other Direct Action Everywhere (DxE) activists from an Arvada, Colo., Costco location.

“Kessler, Gov. Polis’ appointee to the State Board of Veterinary Medicine, has posted anti-agriculture sentiments to her social media account in recent months, including one post claiming that “4-H teaches kids that animal lives don’t matter.”

“That post led over 13,000 people to digitally sign a letter asking for her appointment to be retracted.”

according to the US Constitution, media has no authority to announce, who is US President.

The process of the verification (and counting) of the votes continues.

The US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito issued two orders to Pennsylvania to separate ballots, which were delivered after the end of voting on the Election Day.

It is also important to know, that the states which slowed down the process of counting are ruled by Democrats. This fact increases probability that the manipulation indeed took place.

However, at the moment the electoral process, as an important democratic institution, matters more than the candidates.

Therefore Justice Alito concerned about the manipulation with the electoral law introduced the decision which may lead to invalidation of the certain votes.

There were many irregularities caused by the non-transparent rules of voting by mail introduced by the Democrats.

However the most important is that the changes in the electoral law of some states were introduced by the appointed bureaucrats not by the elected legislature as the Constitution demands.

Whoever decided to change the electoral laws in this way had to be aware of the consequences for the validity of the elections.

It will probably be impossible to investigate every single violation of the law but this fact weakens the authority of anyone who accepts such votes as basis of his or her mandate.

The fact of violation of the Constitution in the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada makes this election extraordinary at least.

As we mentioned, there are many other irregularities but the one which we have just described is the most serious one.

One of the irregularities, mentioned by the attorneys, is the fact that in those states which allowed ballots to be delivered with violation of the electoral law, the commissions did not ask voters for their IDs. Besides, they allowed the voters to put their signature on the ballot after they voted... (For instance, a voter voted by mail, or in the morning, and he or she were allowed to come later, that is until the last day of counting in the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania and Nevada, and put their signature. As you can imagine with such practice there is a lot of room for manipulation.)

Yes, the problem of the dead people voting is much more prominent this year than during the past elections. For instance, in the state of Pennsylvania Mr Joe Biden was supported by about 2,000 voters with an age of 150 and 160 years old. Yes, unfortunately it is a fact.

It is unclear at this stage whether Democrats will take any responsibility for this confusion but without explaining of these irregularities (which look like fraud) any announcement of the victory is premature, and cynical.

We are waiting for further actions of the Supreme Court to publish any article on what is happening.

At the moment, only the US state judiciary and the US Supreme Court can issue a valid opinion on the election process (not only on the result).

The majority of media will not report it. Many journalist do not understand the US laws and electoral process. You probably heard them complaining why these rules are so complicated?
The answer is that the US is not a democracy but Constitutional republic. It means, that the Americans, thanks to the established institutions, are protected against the majority of tyranny or tyrannical majority of utopists.
