Every soldier is a sensor (Es2) trains soldiers and leaders to see intelligence development as everyone's responsibility. All must fight for knowledge to gain and maintain greater situational understanding. At the heart of the concept is the art of combat(tactical) collection. This process involves leaders directing and maximizing the collection of combat intelligence by patrols, and soldiers who understand their vital roles as collectors of combat information

In the civilian world what is considered intelligence? And how does one require it. Through building both allied and civilian networks we can to develop the channels to let information flow but how do we acquire it?

We pull news both local and national, independent and organized.
We physically canvas our networks or we use coms to relay what the civilian population sees and feels. Through interaction we build repor and our networks deliver better information.
We develop ccir specific to our mission, develop our requirements and then introduce formats to report these details.

Not all of these formats may work for your mission so be sure to adapt accordingly.
Observe your environment and remember details, what is important in your area? Dead space? Micro terrain? Places with concealment for observation posts or objective rally points? Where does your cover and concealment start? What resources are available and what belligerents if any?

Area Study for Utah — December 2019-2029

#connectthedots #flashback #Mormon and possibly a motive for #SLC significances to #CW2

I went through this document linked below

It’s interesting that there is at least one slush fund of this size in control of Salt Lake City influences

It continues to be interesting that there are several gold depositories in the SLC area and at least one of them has Reyes the attorney general for Utah on its board

Did I mention that the constitution allows gold and silver coinage as state currencies??

Are these physical assets of gold depositories a motive for the #antifa and #BLM attempts in Utah?!?

It’s also interesting that the veteran community has retired or former SOF guys who are positioned in and around SLC. Black Rifle Coffee Company is headquartered there and Fieldcraft Survival has a founding member (Mike Glover) who lives there. My sources say politically ambitious SEALs are currently considering public office in Utah.

Ryan Zinke, former SEAL officer and former Trump appointee to Department of Interior relocated the Bureau of Land Management (the other BLM) to Grand Junction Colorado— the closest metropolitan area to Utah in Colorado. He also oversaw rolling back the Bears Ears Monument done by Obama against the desires of Utah’s population.

The Sportsman Warehouse chain of 80+ retail stores has a single distribution hub in — you guessed it — SLC. All those AR-15 components and ammunition and outfitters equipment mean something significant.

Overstock dot com is in the SLC region as well. Lots of materials and food kept on hand there for mitigation of a financial crisis or food crisis.

Plenty of natural resources and agricultural products come from Utah.

All very interesting as the time passes... one might consider the hedge fund of the LDS could swiftly be deployed in a financial crisis to either stabilize their footprint 👣 or purchase BLM land from a failing federal government.

An idea whose time has come:

Sonnenberg did have several ideas. The first was to adopt a similar initiative to one in Wyoming that allows ranchers more flexibility to sell state-inspected meat.

He also pointed to Colorado’s Cottage Foods Act, which grants allowances for processors of low-risk foods to operate out of their own home kitchens.

“It does have some restrictions,” he said, citing requirements to enroll in food safety classes and remain below a $10,000 limit on gross sales.

How to handle the liability aspects of food production does require careful consideration, he added.

“How do we protect producers, and still inform the consumer, so that there is an understanding that they both have responsibilities (for safe handling and cooking)?” he said.

The CDPHE moved fifteen counties to Red (Severe Risk) status while bumping up eight more counties another notch, too.

What wasn't mentioned during the press conference or in the subsequent release is how close the overwhelming majority of the state is to entering Level Red.

According to the latest data, 52 of Colorado's 64 counties are currently in Level Red territory when it comes to the two-week cumulative incidence rate of virus cases per 100,000 people, with several more on the cusp of qualifying.

I wanted to share some Northeast advice on processing older frozen or discarded scrap meats into Pemmican. It’s a bit olde tyme but Explorers and Indians alike have used it as a high energy trail food that can last years and weighs little.

The point of the process is to completely dry red meats and berries then replace that with tallow. The less moisture you have the longer your pemmican will last. Once mastered it’s quite simple to process your own pemmican in survival situations also. In my location the old school Natives use primarily blueberries but also sometimes blend raspberries in their Pemmican. They say blues are both loaded with antioxidants and also have Gallic acid to fight mold, the rasps have anti inflammatory properties. Both are great for the body.
Note:pemmican can be made with just the meat.

•Pemmican• 1:1 ratio Tallow to Dry Ing.

-Today shredding good dry jerky is as simple as a food processor. You’re looking for a fluffy fibrous appearance, others like to take it down to a sawdust.

-Process any desired berries to the same consistency.
Mix these together throughly.

-If you use store bought Tallow be sure to render it down and strain it for any impurities in the fat. You also don’t want to let your tallow rise above 250 Fahrenheit as this will begin to break down the fatty acids that protect the meats. (and FFS don’t use butter)

-Drizzle and mix the tallow over the dry until the mixture begins to stay formed. Remember it’s 1:1 and your fluffy stuff weighs little. Keep going and once firm, smooth little meatballs can be packed you are there.
The above part can be tricky, having a scale helps but it is not impossible to eye by any means. If you’re nervous or large batching. Just mix half or a partial portion first to get a feel.

-The mixture will stay longer the better you package it. One or a combination of plastic wrap, Tupperware or even Mylar bags are all good options. I see many sites say they freeze theirs but thawing may add moisture so I’d advise against that.
This lasts for months easily on your first try and master batches have been eaten a decade in without going rancid or having ill bodily effects. Have fun!
