My God, has it been 8 years already? 🀯

Yep, it has been 8 years (2016!) since we originally wrote this guide explaining old tools like "Remastersys" and "Pinguy Builder", and just now we finished updating it to reflect today's programs and tools.

A lot of our hidden efforts at FOSS Post goes into updating old articles, and ensuring they remain relevant to whoever stumbles upon them from search engines or other sources.

So, this is a little bit embarrassing.πŸ˜‚

We have uncovered an issue with our email settings for our forum that prevented sending the verification message for new users after registration, which in turn, prevented anyone from posting for a long period of time.

We have solved this issue now and we welcome all of you to post in our forums. πŸ˜„
