🔥🇭🇷🇭🇺 La bataille de Slunj (croate : Bitka kod Slunja) se déroula le 26 octobre 1584 et opposa l'armée germano-croate à l'armée turque. La bataille eut lieu aux abords du village de Slunj, dans l'actuel comitat de Karlovac, en Croatie centrale.

Les troupes germano-croates, dirigées par le noble hongrois Thomas Erdődy, ban de Croatie, et par le comte germanique Jobst Joseph von Thurn, battirent les troupes ottomanes commandées par Ferhat-pacha Sokolović, beylerbey de Bosnie.

🔥🇭🇷🇭🇺 The battle of Slunj (Croatian: Bitka kod Slunja) took place on October 26, 1584 and opposed the German-Croatian army to the Turkish army. The battle took place on the outskirts of the village of Slunj, in what is now Karlovac County, in central Croatia.

The German-Croatian troops, led by the Hungarian nobleman Thomas Erdődy, ban of Croatia, and by the Germanic count Jobst Joseph von Thurn, defeated the Ottoman troops commanded by Ferhat-pasha Sokolović, beylerbey of Bosnia.

🔥🇭🇷🇭🇺 Bitka kod Slunja odigrala se 26. listopada 1584. i suprotstavila je njemačko-hrvatsku vojsku turskoj vojsci. Bitka se odigrala na rubu sela Slunj, u današnjoj Karlovačkoj županiji, u središnjoj Hrvatskoj.

Njemačko-hrvatske postrojbe, predvođene ugarskim plemićem Thomasom Erdődyjem, banom hrvatskim, i germanskim grofom Jobstom Josephom von Thurnom, porazile su osmanske trupe kojima je zapovijedao Ferhat-paša Sokolović, bosanski bejlerbeg.

🔥🇭🇷🇭🇺 Die Schlacht bei Slunj (kroatisch: Bitka kod Slunja) fand am 26. Oktober 1584 statt und stellte die deutsch-kroatische Armee der türkischen Armee gegenüber. Die Schlacht fand am Rande des Dorfes Slunj in der heutigen Gespanschaft Karlovac in Zentralkroatien statt.

Die deutsch-kroatischen Truppen unter Führung des ungarischen Adligen Thomas Erdődy, Ban von Kroatien, und des germanischen Grafen Jobst Joseph von Thurn, besiegten die osmanischen Truppen unter dem Kommando von Ferhat-Pascha Sokolović, Beylerbey von Bosnien.
