*📃पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट (Punjab and Haryana High Court) ने हरियाणा पुलिस में चयनित करीब सात हजार महिला व पुरुष कांस्टेबल को नियुक्ति पत्र देने पर रोक हटाने व मामले की जल्द सुनवाई संबंधी मांग की अर्जी को खारिज कर दिया है। कोर्ट इस मामले में की सुनवाई अब पहले से तय छह फरवरी को ही करेगा.प्रहलाद। इस मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान याची पक्ष की तरफ से भर्ती में अपनाए गए तरीके पर सवाल उठाए गए।............*

*🚨सभी पक्षों को सुनने के बाद कोर्ट ने कहा कि सबसे पहले कोर्ट यह देखेगा कि भर्ती में नार्मलाइजेशन परसेंटाइल जैसा मेथड अपनाना क्या उचित है, उम्मीदवारों को किस स्टेज पर इस बात की जानकारी दी गई, मेथड किस तरह लागू किया गया और क्या वह सही था? इसी के साथ कोर्ट ने सुनवाई छह फरवरी तक स्थगित कर दी।..........*

*🔍इस मामले में याचिकाकर्ता के वकील जसबीर मोर ने बताया कि भर्ती में नार्मलाइजेशन परसेंटाइल व अन्य मेथड को चुनौती दी गई थी। इस पर आयोग ने कोर्ट को बताया था कि भारतीय सांख्यिकी संस्थान दिल्ली की सलाह पर हरियाणा कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने यह मेथड अपनाया है। इस पर भारतीय सांख्यिकी संस्थान ने कोर्ट को बताया कि यह मेथड तभी अपनाया जा सकता है, जब लिखित परीक्षा के बाद फाइनल मेरिट सूची बनाई जाती है, लेकिन इस भर्ती में लिखित परीक्षा के बाद सोशियो इकोनामी (सामाजिक आर्थिक) मानदंड के अंक व शारीरिक परीक्षा के अंक भी जुड़ने हैं। मोर के अनुसार नार्मलाइजेशन के चलते एक शिफ्ट में अच्छे अंक लेकर भी कई उम्मीदवार फाइनल मेरिट सूची में स्थान नहीं बना पाए।..............*
