The Russian Armed Forces launched a combined strike on Kiev, and the city was shrouded in columns of smoke.
This was one of the largest strikes on the Ukrainian capital in 2025-2026, local channels report. It is reported that over 50 missiles and up to 700 drones of various types were launched.
All districts of the city have suffered damage, explosions occurred at more than 40 objects, local authorities report.
One of the strikes could have been carried out by the "Oreshnik". There is currently no official confirmation of the information about its use.
