Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Food Science, Chemical Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 3 years for Master's and 6 years for Bachelor's Degree
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Plan, Organize, Lead/Direct and Control all aspects of the Production & Quality related Operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Prepare production reports and submit them to key decision-makers.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in a factory, preferably in the food processing industry;
- Certified in production and inventory management as well as quality control;
- Good knowledge of industry specific factory equipment;
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Possesses strong management and leadership skills
